Watched the gold medal match live for women's soccer (USA vs Japan). Japan was pretty dominant in terms of possession and skill yet USA still won 2-1. Suspenseful even tho I am not a fan of soccer in general.

Frank Thomas collectors can be quite ravenous... Last year there was a killer dual jumbo patch card (I forget what brand/year) for Maggs & Big Hurt #ed to 2 w/ a $250 BIN. I even considered losing my mind and getting it anyways. Took me just a minute to make up my mind and hit the BIN button....too late. It was only like 10 minutes old.

Yo! Someone here should be able to confirm this... doesn't eBay now report sales if you meet a certain number of transactions and/or a certain dollar amount of sales in a given year? I will never meet these because I only sell small ball stuff but I was curious. This $20k+ ichiro card lot sale HAS to be something the seller gets taxed on but some people seem to think that isn't the case, which I find mind boggling. Maybe I'm just running on no sleep from being over worked this week LOL

I hear you there. I'm not a soccer fan despite playing for a few years, but when it was on when I took the wife in to the doctor it was pretty interesting watching it in the waiting room. Was nice to see soccer where someone doesn't take a dive every 5 minutes.
