Sunny & hot. 88 with a heat index of 96.
Meat loaf, mashed potatoes/gravy & green beans for dinner.
Cold meat loaf sandwiches for lunch tomorrow.

Meat Loaf question for you all:

Do you prefer meat loaf with boring brown gravy or with a tangy, spicy/sweet ketchup and brown sugar topping?

If you couldn't tell, I like the ketchuppy kind.

On a side note, since our oven is still broken (going on two years now), I have become a master of cooking just about everything with either an electric skillet or a crockpot.

I have made meatloaf, corn bread, stews, blueberry bread and cakes of many kinds in a crockpot. I also am a master of using the microwave in exciting and new ways to create culinary delights to tempt the palate and satisfy hunger!

And no, I am not drunk this afternoon.

I prefer the ketchuppy (great word!) kind as well.
For my sandwiches, I use a mix of ketchup/catsup & Tapatio hot sauce.

A really great next-day meat loaf sandwich is two hunks o' loaf, a little mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, more ketchup, on Roman Meal wheat bread.

Haven't tried it with hot sauce, but I may next time!

Lettuce & tomatoes......hmmmm.......might give it a shot tomorrow on rye bread. (Not marble rye as Jerry Seinfeld got the last loaf.)

Cold meatloaf, cold ketchup (dried from the night before), and bread/

At least that is how my vegetarian mind remembers it.

I am indifferent about Ketchup.

I just got a PM about my Machado auction. The sender asked if I can ship to Taiwan. I typically do not ship internationally except to Canada on occasion. What should I do? He has asked for shipping costs and I have no idea what it would be. Should I just say I do not ship internationally and move on?

Edit: he does have perfect feedback if that helps with your answer.

Another Edit: These auctions have the most watchers I have ever had for any auctions.

Good luck Alex. That's a crazy amount of watchers. Personally, I never ship internationally but that choice is all yours.
