This has nothing to do with stats, I was merely suggesting that he too can perhaps create a shadow of doubt surrounding the test and get it thrown out like Braun did.

Sounds like it has been held up in appeals since the AS break, so I imagine that ship might have already sailed. I would have to think the MLB tightened things up since the Braun deal to prevent that from happening again.
