Matt, I would stay clear. The amount of time needed for the toning coupled with the idea that something sat over it in one space for that long would worry me.

Looks real, but in that shape I wouldn't want it for more than $10 or so.

the R335 in scan is 100% authentic, that type of staining is usually from being stored in a scrapbook or it sat still in one place for a long time and the age/air (and maybe some humidity, or paste residue) toned the front.
But, you must also take into consideration the cards is 20 years past his playing days and is far from a contemporary issue, unlike the TWilliams, DiMaggio etc. from the same set. non-contemporary cards have less interest overall by most vintage collectors...

it is what it is, and they still sell for very good money.
