Ok, am I the only person tha thinks the Bayless comment may be being blown out of proportion?
Sure, he shouldn't have said it the way he did (possibly). He probably also shouldn't have picked Jeter.

But, to me at least, it seems like he was trying to say "You see all of these people that you wouldn't have figured to be cheaters that just blow your mind, so it makes you have to wonder 'If those guys are cheaters, how can we really be sure there aren't other huge names that would normally be 'no ways'?'"

If that's what he meant, I actually agree. I mean, who all needs to be busted before you start thinking "Man, if they were cheating, and I was SURE they were clean... does that leave the possibility open for Jeter?"

But, of course... over-reactors gonna' overreact.

Jeter's "cheating" would have to be tied to longevity or recuperative issues as his power numbers don't indicate anything unusual.
The fact that it's Jeter, to many folks, is like saying Mother Theresa was a closet drug dealer.
Like you said, over-reactors gonna' overreact, especially when it comes to the Yankees.

My grandparents grew up in NE, so I'm a Huskers fan. Since the only good pro team was in Dallas, they were Cowboys fans (well grandma always cheered for the Vikes)
I've been a scarlet & cream and blue & silver fan since before birth.

I strongly consider finding a different team to cheer for than the Huskers. I live in Nebraska and I get a lot of crap because I'm not a Husker fan lol. Its nice to stand out down here though. Everybody is always wearing their red and white Nebraska gear, and then here I am in my gold and black Iowa stuff

Ralph- That's a cool card! I'm originally from Cincinnati, born and raised. Just happen to live in Indy. Lifelong fan of the Bengals, Reds, Musketeers, and Buckeyes.

Taylor- Wrong choice of college team there, brother. I can't stand the state to the north or Ohio and Indiana.
