Is there any way to print out a list of your sold items that shows the sales price, ebay fees, and paypal fees? This would make my life so much easier if it is possible. I really hate having to go in to each paypal transaction to figure out the fees and then match it up with the ebay item and fees. This takes forever when doing 100+ items.

I'm not sure you want to do this but I simply use a paypal fee calculator...there are hundreds of them if you google them. Just find one you like. Then you never have to log into paypal to see what they fees were, just type in the calculator how much the sale was and it will tell you what paypal took and what you have left over.

As far as ebay fees, I just take my monthly invoice total and subtract it from my monthly totals. Much easier that calculating each individual sale....

and of course there are paypal and ebay fee calculators that tell you all.
i ship 1000's of things a month, and i never even look at that, im curious why
you want to know exactly. you can do monthly printouts at paypal that tell you
every single expenditure if thats easier.

I need them seperate because I was 50% owner of some of the items that were sold. So I need a break-down of the fees for certain items, not every item I sold. The Paypal calculator sounds good but aren't the fees higher when someone pays with a credit card vs paypal balance?

not that i'm aware of...of course it might have something to do with what type of paypal account you have - i'm just guessing on that though.
