28 now.
Will be the most under predicted, if at all predicted, 30 homers of the season, if he gets there.

Texiera has been just as consistent, with better numbers as has Pujols, with much better numbers. In 2010 he had 4 multi-HR games, 3 in 09', 2 in 08', 4 in 06'....he seems to hit home runs in bunches. Overall you can't get a more consistent 1B in the game, just pencil him in for .270, 25 HRs, and 80 RBI. He's no superstar but he sure as hell gets the job done. He is definitely a 2nd half hitter, and September is hit best month behind August so it will be interesting so see how long he can stay on his hot streak. Could end up being his best season yet.
I'm looking forward to seeing how he does in the playoffs this year...he hasn't been in them in several years but has 2HR 10RBI in his handful of games.

That wasnt the point. He said you cant get a more consistent first baseman in the game. Had he said you cant get a more affordable consistant first baseman in the game, than yes.ok but look at cost per year
Laroche $8 Mil
Teixeira $22.5 Mil
Pujols $24 Mil

proving once again that historically the Dodgers end up with the crappy brotherAdam's brother Andy had more hype as a minor leaguer than Adam ever has in his excellent Major League career.
Remember how hot Andy's 2005 Bowman Chrome autograph was?
But Adam has quietly been having a nice career, while Andy, who turns 29 next week, is back in the minors after a forgettable five seasons of 22 total home runs.
And now #30
lol no it was 29.
I have a Topps Unique 1/1Not sure I'll get much ROI on that though, lol
