This is complete bullXXXX. I get a dirt common 1959 Topps card as a "replacement" for my 1960 Topps that was on backorder, and you guys arev getting die cut sets as a replacement for a stupid factory set? I know it sounds like sour grapes and all that, but this is ridiculous. How the hell can a 60 year old card be on backorder???

I don't want to sound mean but you're kind of comparing apples to oranges here.

You were subbed out a worthless card for another worthless card. Also how active we're you in the giveaway? Most of us that we're given the die cut set had entered hundreds of codes. I would like to think that Topps did it for members that were really active in the giveaway. I could be dead wrong, but you honestly didn't expect a huge replacement for a common 1959 card did you?

He didn't reveal who the 1960 card was that he was supposed to get. How do you know it was a worthless card?

For those that received the die cut sets, it looks like they are not selling for as much as we thought they would. I don't know if anyone follows sales but one just ended for around the $250 mark. No where close to what I thought these would sell for, but hey it was free so can't complain. I guess I will be listing mine soon unless any of you guys think there is any long term value in this die cut set?

still a $200+ bump on what you were supposed to get lol.

Because I have psychic abilities lol. In all realness, about 90% of the cards that were unlocked in that promotion were $1 cards if that. So there's a very high chance that it was just a common and that it would have arrived in terrible condition because a lot of the 50's and 60's cards I unlocked were sent to me in bad condition.

It was a 1960 Topps Hank Aaron. Sorry, forgot to put that in there. Guess it was kinda essential to the story :)

Yea that's pretty essential lol. So about a 20-30 card probably since the one they would have sent would have been in rough shape trust me. I'm sure a lot of people weren't unlocking 1960 Aaron's because that was probably one of the nicer base cards you could unlock, which is perplexing why it would be on back order?
