Never heard of hobby blasters. Either way you are right they are only packaged in blasters. It doesnt distinguish one way or the other on the packaging.

Same with the Pete Rose, you could buy them through hobby shops and there was no difference in the packaging.

I'm talking about a Hobby Shop having them. If a product is only at Walmart or Target, then I would say retail only, but when you go into a card shop, I consider those Hobby. This is a rare exception where both card shops and retail stores are getting the exact same thing, just like the Rose was available in a card shop as well as at Walmart. Usually it's either one or the other. I may not be saying right.
