Just got done eating dinner. The cafeteria was serving pepper steak, cheesey mashed potatos, kung pow chicken, vegetable stir fry, and wild rice. Plus there was fries, chicken strips, chicken and dumplings, and a tomatoe basil grilled sandwich. The sandwich was kinda blah, just bread dipped in basil oil with a tomatoe slice in the middle and then grilled. The pepper steak was a let down, but I knew what I was getting. Their steak is usually just a glorified hamburger patty except for on steak night which is once a month, well supposed to be once a month. The best part was probably the chicken strips though. Topped it all off with cherry fudge ice cream

Good evening all!
Jamison - Nice addition! Very impressive set you're putting together.
George - Good luck with the job! Where is the job located?
Ralph - While you're in Seattle, have a meal at the Space Needle.
Dave - The van wasn't meant to be. It only means something else is for you.

That's the one thing I miss about living on campus...

I think there is probably 1-2 really good meals/week in the cafeteria. We also have the grill has a choice as well. There they have subs/wraps, salads, hamburgers, nachos, tacos, burritos, patty melts, chicken strips, and chicken sandwiches. Thats the place to go when the food in the cafeteria just sounds horrible or if you're in a hurry and need to get things done

Thanks, Dave!

Just had spaghetti and thick buttered slices of super fresh Italian bread for dinner...mmmmm good!

Let's hope Cabrera stays on pace to win Triple Crown. Topps (yeah, I know some of you dislike Topps...) would finally come up with something new...Triple Crown themed cards.

Lets hope not. Lets hope Mauer goes on a surge this week and overtakes him for the batting title :D

Sounds like what they had at NDSU except 90% of their meals were really good. Where are you going to school?

I want Cabrera to get the Triple Crown. I'm not a terribly huge Mauer fan.

Re: Cafeteria Discussion, we have a Papa Johns, a Java City, a Mexican place, a pita wrap place, a burger/chicken sandwich place, a buffet (with a Mongolian place inside), and there is a small lounge on the other side of the campus that sells meals.

It's set up like a food court in a mall, so they aren't full blown restaurants, but there is a lot of selection.
