This is a serious question. I was involved in a group break of a Jumbo case of 2012 Topps Update last night. On every box it clearly states "1 auto and 2 relics" per box. Two boxes had no autos. One box had three autos. With busting a whole case, we weren't shorted. But had someone bought one of those two boxes by itself, they would have been shorted the GUARANTEED auto. Now, I know this can be remedied by sending the box/wrapper into Topps and requesting the shorted auto, but it's an unnecessary punishment and burden to make the collector jump through hoops to get what they are entitled to.
And this is not an isolated incident. I've seen time and time again where boxes were shorted the guaranteed # of hits.
So, seriously, how hard it is to make sure that what it says is guaranteed in the box is actually in the box?
