So far I've recieved one email about a fan pack refund. The thread at BO has been bumped with my information. WilsonValdez is patiently waiting for all the scam post to roll in. This wont be as entertaining as everyone hopes. I know there are a few more people that got the shaft towards the end of the site. Just contact me.

Oh the irony....WilsonValdez (who posted right above yours) just wants someone who scammed a bunch of kids to get what he deserves and for those people involved to get what THEY deserve (aka their moneys back). Call it what you will, but if you are truly open to resolving anything, you should have no problem with someone trying to make people aware, who were wronged.

These thounsands of dollars owed people speak of is absurd (hint the lack of responses to the threads).

Again, you are skirting around the issues. Not everyone you guys ripped off is on FCB. Why don't you go on Blowout and do the same thing offering to amend for all the issues? The cases of your "product" that never were sent out and refunds given (you sold at what, $600 a piece?). The "redemptions" that were never filled and sold on eBay.

I don't have a pitchfork. I just want you to admit what you did, admit you were wrong, and fulfill any issues that collectors were scammed on. It takes balls to come back. But it would take grapefruits to admit you were wrong and fix everyone you did wrong.

I'm still waiting for the admittance you did something wrong, an apology, and for you to go out and fix it. That's really all anyone is really asking for at this point.

And that will be my only comment on the issue.

A few things to say

1. Coastal has been contacted by dozens of people asking for a refund, and has not given any of them what they are owed.

2. I actually have a list of over a dozen of his victims that have contacted me via the Internet.

3. The amount of money that he owes me and some of those other victims is well over $1,000. That does not include several victims who did not specify the amount of money that they lost to Coastal and the gang.

4. I, myself, have asked Coastal for a refund on three separate occasions. I even have an e-mail from Coastal saying that he believes that I was wronged and plans to refund me. However, as soon as I told him what I am missing, he stopped communicating with me. Oh, by the way, he owes me well over $500.

5. I have considered legal action, but I would have to travel halfway across the country as the lawsuit must be carried out in Coastal's state of business. I have kept documentation on everything, but am only willing to show pieces, as I may still take the case to court. I have 3 years from the date I was wronged to take actions. That is the statute of limitations for civil cases in his state. Obviously, it would be easier if we could come to an agreement outside of court, but empty promises are stacking up thus far.

I purchased the balls from a local dealer in town that has been in business for 18 years. I bought all kinds of items to giveaway. Which I'm sure you know because you participated in most of our contest. The "child" cheated in a contest and changed his tune once I unbanned him. Next question.

That Willims ball was mine . I STILL have all the paperwork .

My advice..if you feel that you've been wronged, cheated, etc...give Coastal a chance to resolve it within a specified timeframe.

If he does not follow through, pursue whatever external action you feel necessary.

We can all be responsible for our own actions...both sides.

I would say ample time has passed since the demise of fanbro. I was not involved in that site beyond making an account and feeling like cattle upon joining. It seemed like the fun was forced onto the members and a huge juggling act.

I personally liked aka however some actions deserve immediate and harsh responses. Opening a site and pillaging the ranks is one of those actions. If we hold the members of this site to the high standards we do the. We should expect and demand that same from those that venture out on their own and decide to return.

I'm not saying grab the pitchforks but to take a stance in any way you deem acceptable.

I disagree strongly with letting coastal come back. We are a pretty close community on this site. Coastal no has a bad track record intentionally or not now. Nothing positive comes from him being allowed back. If anything it probably ends with negative publicity for fcb. his scam involved people from a few different boards. His association with this board can't be good for new membership.

I think the reasonable time frame has long since past. He has had many months to make things right.

I agree , it should have been done months ago . When I tried to get what was owed I was threatened . You wouldnt beleive the things I was called or what was said to me . I am a disabled Veteran and was told he would call the VA and say I am a " Pill Popper " cause I the Ted Williams ball . It is a joke , they need to ban him . He has no need on here with his shady past ..... and Coastal dont deny it cause I have all the emails and screen shots I will upload them on here .

As much as I hate Coastal for the things he said , I believe deep down inside he knows what he did and wants to make it right . I know alot of people took advantage of the situation and filed charge backs but there is a few of us that are truly owed stuff .

Ok

The reasons the ban was allowed to expire. Here we go.

#1. To figure out if he still owed anyone anything. Obviously he owes a few very passionate people something and needs to make good on it.

#2. To give those who still feel like they need to speak out about the situation a chance to do so where he will definitely read it.

#3. Because when the whole situation went down with Coastal here on FCB I acted like a little spoiled child. I made the situation worse than it was with my actions, this is why I can over look what he said about me and this site after it all went down. He was given a ban, and I decided to let that ban be enough given the circumstances. This does not mean that I believe him to be innocent of allegations that he still owes people stuff. I have read the stuff on blowout, but you never know whats true and what wasn't. The fact that there were no new victims surfacing said to me that he wasn't actively ripping anyone off at this time.

#4 Because he would still have the screen name AKA Coastal. It's not like he was trying to hide from anyone. You guys will remember Dr. Tom was here, and couldn't hide from anyone either.

#5 Because I believe in restitution. Everyone should have that chance. AKA expressed to me that he wanted this as we talked this out on facebook messenger, and I believed him to be sincere. If I am wrong, there is little risk in this little experiment.

Honest question. Do you think allowing people like this back gives a bad first impression to potential new members?

Maybe.

While it's true that it is a gamble I think that it's an acceptable risk.

It's already introduced a couple of new members over to here. I do hope they stay.
