I think it was more scamming than getting in over his head. He knew what he was doing from the very beginning. Send out free packs to get you to trust him, only to take you're money and run later. I'm sure he'll do something to get himself banned again,

Would it be bad to wish that someone tied him down and paper cut him with some bowman chrome cards between his toes, fingers and his eyelids repeatedly????

Bowman Chrome cards are too thick.
The proper torture technique would be to use 1981 Donruss cards, which are paper thin and would inflict the desired "stinging" pain.

Why did you feel you had to come out of pocket to repay customers? If your not an owner of the business how is it your responsibility to pay back people who where scammed or frauded?

Because Coastal routed payments through his Paypal account.When the chargebacks came he had no choice but to refund out of pocket.
