Neither did I until it was offered as one of my "free" choices when I switched carriers. I'm really happy with it. Didn't you just get a new one?

Fairly recently when I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. I've got the HTC Sensation and like it. It's slowed down a bit from when I got it but everything still works well and the battery life is still really good.
