Good afternoon guys. I hope everyone is having a great day.

To everyone dealing with family health issues, thoughts and prayers to all of you.

Just a quick check in from me. They're still working me like crazy. The hours suck, but the pay is nice. We started extended hours yesterday. That's going to make for longer days, especially when I close. Hopefully I'll be able to find some time to be around more at some point.

I also wanted to chime in and let everyone know that I received my MTSS package Saturday. I was all excited about it until yesterday. I came home from work and had a headache, so I took some meds. Shortly thereafter, I began living on the toilet! My MTSS package switched my meds with high grade laxatives! Quite literally, a pain in the ass. I have found it staring at me, very creepily. I have my fingers crossed that this will be the only shenanigans I encounter this year.

It's got that Swamp Voodoo. >_> Sorry that you're getting worked like a mule, Joe. It'll pay off in the paycheck, though!

Good morning gents & gals!

Been MIA for several days...thanks to the crazy holiday week. And the evilly addictive Wii U that came out on the 18th. Definitely not good for my mental health... ::facepalm::

Well, I hope everyone here had a great Thanksgiving week(end)! Did I miss any earth-shattering scores here on the MT?

I'm sitting around the house all afternoon waiting on UPS to deliver my purchases from BO's Black Friday sales. I bought a box of 2012 Bowman Chrome and a box of [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]2010/11 Panini Totally Certified Basketball. Maybe a live break later? I guess these might have been an impulse buy since it was so early in the morning. Got both boxes for $165 delivered.

I know I've been boycotting Panini, haven't bought a box since the National when I picked up a box of National Treasures Basketball. What the hell. No football for me though.

If you pull any Mauer or any Twins parallels for that matter, I wouldn't mind trying to work out a deal

Impluse buys, Ralph....I know how that feels all too well. I thought I'd get away w/o any hobby-related pickups on Black Friday for the first time in many years but Amazon put up the white Playstation Vita (gaming handheld) bundle as a Gold Box deal on BF...and I just had to have it at their sale price. Sold out in a matter of hours. Totally unplanned. And this happened a mere few days after buying the Wii U. *sighs* Too much of a big kid at heart, I guess.

My aunt just sent me a text that my uncles surgeon just spoke to her and was confident everything was taken care of. They were in the process of sealing him back up so I should hear more later on.

That's good to hear...what type of surgery, if I may ask?

It's a very nice console. The GamePad (tablet-like controller) feels very comfortable. Surprised how lightweight it is. Plenty of neat features like using it as a TV remote, Miiverse (gaming community), etc. It's nice playing console games regularly again after so long...haven't done that since Dreamcast (1999). It's been all handheld gaming after that. Definitely recommended. Sold ~400,000 units in the first week...more than 360/PS3/DS/3DS did in the first month.

I have NintendoLand (pack-in), Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Scribblenauts Unlimited (don't let its appearance fool you...it's quite entertainming).

How's everything going Zac?

Hey Dan! Everything is going good for the most part. Homework is starting to slow down. Only 3 weeks left in the semester, 2 weeks of classes and then finals week. Getting ready to upload and post my mail from last week. I got quite a bit in between Tuesday and Sunday, but most of it is trade/sale bait

Thanks guys. We were about 90 percent sure about buying a Nikon, so it's just a matter of getting one now.
