It was slow for me last night too. And Chris posted in here about it. Plus today it seems to be loading slow again today. But I'm on my sister-inlaw's slow ass DSL anyway :lol:

Merry Belated Christmas! I hope everyone had a great Christmas.
We're in the middle of the blizzard warning. We are at 8" of snow and still going strong. The news is reporting that the strongest part of the snow won't hit until 1pm. They're saying our area could get 10-14" of snow.
The mall that my Target is connected to closed at 10am. Target refuses to close. There is no way I am going to be able to make it in at 2:30. Our neighborhood has not been touched by a plow or anything. I have only seen a couple of cars try to drive through our neighborhood and they all ran off the road.

Well, my store manager is not happy with me. I called in and told them I can't come in today. She was pissed! I don't XXXXing get it. I truly CANNOT make it to work. I shoveled my driveway and backed into the street and my car literally stopped. Now matter how much gas I gave it, it would not move. This is total bullXXXX. I am XXXXing livid.

I just can't believe that all of the other businesses in the area are closing, but Target is not. On top of that, they are reporting that residential areas will not be treated until this evening at the earliest. I have no idea how they expected me to be able to make it in.

That's a corporation for you Joe. Two years ago the place I worked made us all stay there, even though the state was closersng the highway home due to blizzard conditions. Most of the employees lived right there in town, bit a few of us had a 30 minute drive on the highway that was closing. I told em to F off and left.

Frack the XXXXX....Just take photos of the car stuck in the drive way and then when you can make it to work. Let her know how you feel that the company you work for has people in management that are fracking robots and will kiss a corporation's ass.
So you need to go to work where there will be no one shopping becasue they can't even get to the store that is open, with idoits that made it in to work. I have not shopped in a target in about 3 years. For this very reason that the ones that run mine in town are ********

Thanks guys. I am beyond pissed at the moment. I just re-measured and we are 9" in my neighborhood and the news keeps saying the "heavy" snow won't hit until 1pm. However, I'm the ******* for not coming in tonight. What a XXXXX.
