You know me Joe, I am a huge BGS advocate, have been for years and years. But frustration is now oozing out of me, even when I know I should just keep my mouth shut.The thing that gets me is they treat very good customers that drop major coin. When I hear crap like this it makes me question my relationship with BGS. BGS lost a good solider bud

Not all expensive orders/good customers get treated very well. They treat many of their big customers who use non guaranteed order times many poorly. I have no problem with them getting guaranteed orders out of the way first, it should be like that. But they drag a lot of people on for months and months just because they can, and people return to them because the only other option is PSA and grading is financially beneficial

I got a call from them the other day, it was from the same area code that my cousin lives in. i assumed it was him, and I answered the call "What the F do you want a$$hole"...it got a little confusing after that.
