Since 2006. I believe he was supposed to be in that set and they never got him to sign the cards.... not sure the reason... but I kind of remember something it.

Edit: After checking google.... I might have something to do with the Code. Since it has something to do with "Going Back in Time".... this card might play a role.

Front is 2006, back is 2006 language with 2013 date. The Pele base cards are a bit different as well.

My guess is the Pele having the old style has to do with the code this year since its theme is "lost in time".
