The stuff you find is ridiculous. How often do you go hunting?

Usually once maybe twice during the week to thrift stores & every weekend the local flea market sat & sun & yard sales too. I've had good luck lately

I found a set of Bobby Jones Spalding Irons, they are painted to look like wood shafts. Picked them up for 2.50. Need to do some research on them.

Do you have a pic??? I might be able to give you some info on them.

Is this stuff worth flipping? Most of it is priced at 5.99 + tax. The assortment is a bit better than shown. Mostly nfl & nba new era reebok stuff, but there is also random mlb, nhl, and Mitchell & Ness Cooperstown.

Ewwwww. Thanks for the pic ;)

If the hats are of a pro or college team, are in really good condition, under $7-10 and have any kind of name brand "New Era, Starter etc." I will buy it form the store.

For those still confused, the -5 means the ounces is 5 units smaller than the length, the standard in adult league, i assume, is still -3?

the extra -2 ounces on the same length bad equals faster bat speed which can equal bigger bombs and better contact. I had a -5 bat at one point in high school.

Thanks for the info. I was going to ask ad refresh my memory but damn... That's crazy sale price points. I wouldn't even know what I was looking at if I saw that at a flea market.

Basically, if it's any major brand bat, and it has crazy colors and letter/number names. -5, even -3, wood bats...basically any bat that you can grab under 20 that isnt an old 20s-90s solid metal bat. I've had no problem flipping even the crappiest of bats for 30-35

Look for any bats that are -5 drop from length to weight, it should say -5 right on the bat. It's about barrel size & the type of alloy the bat is made out of. The sc500 alloy & c405 alloy are probably the most popular & best selling. Look for any easton bats that say c core or z core on them. Even the -3 redlines, c cores & z cores bring good $$$

Easton Redline C Core & Easton Connexion Z Core softball bats $5 each. Wish they were baseball bats but should still get close to $150-200 for them.
