I voted none of the above. A lot of good players, but no one that belongs in the Hall of Fame next to the likes of Ruth, Gehrig, Williams, etc.

To be fair, if we held all players to those standards, the HOF would be pretty small and boring.

Little known fact, Kenny Lofton has a higher career WAR than the average career WAR of all current Hall of Fame batters. That's higher than 150 current HOF batters!

It certainly doesn't mean nothing. And what exactly are you talking about? BBRef's WAR has Clemente at 94.3 and Raines' at 69.1.

I looked on baseballreference and it shows Clemente's WAR to be much higher than Raines'. I do think Raines should be in the Hall though. Figured out what's going on in the OP yet?
