Just wondering if there is any interest in a running opinion thread for help with roster decisions?

This is only my second year playing FF, and I'm pretty happy with this years team.

The only thing I'm questioning is my kicker.

The autopick draft grabbed me Phil Dawson, who is a good kicker, but I feel like he'll score less with SF then he did with the Browns.

With guys like Forbath, Hauschka, Vinatieri, Zuerlein still FAs in my league...who would you go with?

PS: does anyone even care who their kicker is? :lol:

Mine too. 5 points for 50+ yards, but can you filter for that stat?

They can be sneaky points if you grab a consistent one or play the right matchup each week though.

Before the draft yes it will show last years total breakdown 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+ missed & made

Once season starts all stats refresh

My league is 6 points for 50 plus wish I could add 10 points for 60 plus

Leaning toward Vick Ballard vs Oak right now

R. Mendenhal RB against STL
T. Austin WR against ARZ

Peyton Manning already started me off with 70 points so I'm going for highest score for week 1 as my league has an additional side bet for that. So I'm thinking who gives me the best chance for big points, boom or bust since Manning already built me a huge lead.

Mendy is a risk also as he is playing in a late game and form what i see is a game time decision. If he doesnt play you may end up with a goose egg. I think I would take a shot on austin Oaklad run defense should be much improved this year and Luck will be throwing all over them

Ballard might be starting this week as Bradshaw is still coming off injury, & even if Bradshaw does start they will not risk further injury if they have a big lead and ballard will get a lot of carries against my horrible raiders run def
