This is a pretty sweet app, has templates for lots of classic designs and you can keep them digital or pay to have a wax pack sent to you. Can't post pics from the office, but will from home later. check it out in the iTunes store or at Rookies App | Everything but the gum.

Looks like a cool app. Hopefully they make it available for Android or Windows as there is a big market there.

I make my own as well, Jay Bruce Custom Baseball Cards & More

I cant find a decent printer though, they either charge way to much for setup fees or the cheap printers' don't do a very good job.

lol I just downloaded this today after seeing Darren Rovell tweet it.

They send you your cards in a waxpack.

JB, That looks great!

I made this one of my son 2 years ago very similar to the one you made:

Yep, I can get those anywhere wallet style but I'm looking for card stock plus printing stats on the back.

Ive found many online places but their setup fees are ridiculous.

I was wondering if they have a license from topps to use the legacy design for the app? I hope they don't get a letter from a lawyer stating pay up or shut down.

As for getting them from topps, its an independent company that uses current topps designs and I would rather have classic designs. I haven't checked their website in a while so maybe they've updated some of their designs.
