Point is, I don't think they paid for anything other than postage on that package.

Gotchya. It wouldn't be considered tracking either then because that costs extra. I guess I don't pay too much attention anymore since 99% of my cards are shipped using PayPal and I've never shipped out of the country, I'm too chicken to do that :lol:

Exactly. I pay $1.69 through PayPal/eBay.
