All these cards are all MINI's. 1/4 or so the size of a regular card. Seller claims they were used to print on some magazine way back when. The darker ones are like film negatives. I just don't know anything about them and I've never seen them before... This seller have a lot of players listed.
Here's a link on one of them.

His description, word for word
"This is a newspaper black and white printing plate and matching negative. These may be off cut, not square on corners, rough edges, etc. Please see scan for exactly what you are getting. These plates and negatives are a smaller size (approximately 1.5 x 2.1 inches) and are black and white. Used for some kind of advertising or collecting articles in newspapers. This item has no actual value and is just a collectable piece for that player, team, or just baseball collector. I have a few different players and only a couple sets of each available, so contact me if you have any specific wants. Please, if you have any questions feel free to ask. Shipping is free and I ship to the lower 48 states only. Please ask questions if you have any."

I know the seller claims this, but I had my doubts about these, so I consulted with a gentlemen who had been a newspaper printer and he said they were completely invalid. While newspapers do in fact use plates, the plates are very thin, 20 gauge or thinner, are these flimsy enough to bow or are they more dense like a pack-issued plate?

While the plates "may" be legitimate, what I can tell you is that the photo negatives are neither negatives, nor slides. That is simply something printed on transparency paper.

I bought this from eBay seller Rummery about a year ago but this is a regular size plastic card. The minis I have feels the same material as this. Rummery was the one who sold me both of these.

This one looks like it's printed on one of those filler cards

I have three different ones of the bottom scan....

Can any of you guys find a spot for this in your collection? I doubt it's worth a whole lot, but I can bring it to the National with me and pass it along to a Ripken collector who will enjoy it more. It was given to me, so I will give it to you.

Finally decided to bite the bullet on this one. I'm no where near the Super Collector level that some of you guys are at, but this is Cal's most significant card from the 90s, at least in my eyes. I remember going to card shows when these packs were $20-$30 a pop and I thought I'd never even see a Cal Refractor. As a kid I thought the 1993 Finest was the "rich kid" cards... at least now I have the grail!

Don't suppose anyone in this thread has some doubles they'd like to move? I'm collecting mostly PSA 10 stuff from the 80s/90s and cool parallels / inserts. Not really interested in the modern relics / signatures and stuff like that. Definitely interested in 90s inserts, graded Mint and serial numbered stuff.

Should have a nice addition to the thread in a few days... I'm sure most people have one but it's definitely one of his most iconic cards IMO.
I posted to your thread.
I have a few to move.

It's not special or rare by any means, but somewhere (I'll have to find it in one of my boxes), I have a Cal Ripken Jr. jersey card...it looks like this.

What do you guys think this would be valued at?

Hey, Ripken collectors. I was wondering if any of you would be interested in this. It's an uncut sheet of the 2001 Upper Deck Giant Food / Coca Cola Ripken Commemorative Tribute Set.
