We are gearing up for snow what about you?

We're gearing up for weather in the 60's & 70's. One of these years, we plan on going to Alaska for Christmas so I can get my snow fix. The last time I saw snow was a TDY to Wright-Patterson AFB by Dayton, Ohio about three years ago. I was staying at a Residence Inn and the snow started coming down pretty good. I put my coat on, went outside and threw a few snowballs at my rental car and even made a snow angel right by the front door. When I came back inside, the desk clerk was staring at me and asked if everything was alright. I just smiled, gave a thumbs up and said "Perfect, why do you ask?" I think I was closely monitored by the staff for the remainder of my stay.

Having fun with my early X-mas gift, that is, a Classic White 500GB Playstation 3 (PS3). Haven't had a Playstation console since the original (~1995) but did get a Playstation handheld (PS Vita) last year. PS3 has been out for 7 years so there's a lot of catching up to do. Since you can have multiple user accounts on a PS3 and I already imported a couple PS3 games from Japan, I had fun setting up a Japanese PSN (Network) account last night...everything's in Japanese which is, of course, overwhelming for a beginner like me. Blah, blah...sorry.

Who has a PS3 here? Raise your hand please...

7 Dec.....one week.

We will break out the following;
Rail Baron
Euro Rails
Empire Builder

Yes there is a theme (trains) and to top it off we will likely throw in Journey's Greatest Hits and hit shuffle.

C is an expert snowman/snow angel maker.....there will be plenty of those in the yard this year.

As soon as I heard/told him he says he now has to root for the Brewers, Tigers, and Rangers. Might get him a shirt for his Birthday. Funny thing is George that the one year he play Little League he was on the Rangers and was number 28. So that kind of works even with his number change.
