Got up early to put the garbage and recycling out before 7am. Back to bed for an hour or more longer.

We might get a 1-3" of snow overnight. The side roads are nearly impassable since all the melt and subsequent freeze every night of all the water. Sidewalks are treacherous as well.


And BRAVO to whomever put the stars in the Morning Thread title!! Great Job!! That looks amazing!!!

Back to work today after a long weekend. Being from the south, this is how I spent my short vacation. With all this talk of snow you guys must think I'm crazy traveling to cold weather. It's 60 in south Alabama right now.

While I do sometimes miss having a true winter like when I lived up north, no way in hell I'd trade being able to be out on my boat or hanging at the beach while people are dealing with temps well below zero at the same time.
