Base topps packs are $1.99 at my lcs, and they drop to $1.00 after the next base product comes out.

Maybe this is why my local Walmart doesn't sell packs. They usually carry rack packs, hanger boxes, and blasters. I go for the hanger boxes because the rack packs are almost certainly searched.

My LCS usually sells 10-card hobby packs at 3 for $10.
