RIP Pete.
About 2 weeks until pitchers and catchers report for ST!
DANNY
It means that at least I can start having some warm thoughts of the baseball season ahead. Hopefully starting to see a bit of a thaw out by then, too!Does that mean we will eventually thaw out?
Morning all. Expecting some snow here today (5-10 inches)...that means no school for the rest of the week for my kids. Sounds like a good day to enjoy National Blueberry Pancake Day.
Here is a nice little patch of my PC guy for today from my 35 lb mail day to continue my build up to Friday.

Morning. We start an hour earlier in every town of our division except our own. Eyes are still blurry
Hawk: great cards! Love the tributes
35* and sprinkling here
Holy smokes Hawk - those are crazy!
Congrats on all of the Dawson 1/1s Hawk
Good morning everyone!!
Dang is it cold outside!!
Were you at Yankee stadium Sunday? Brutal cold punished by a Rangers win![]()
Well I was finally able to get some pictures of the other items I picked up at TwinsFest.
First, here's my Tony Oliva 16x20. I like how the 16x20s provide room for the player to sign with a nice, big signature

Now here's the picture of my Jason Kubel game used bat that I had him sign. The lettering is all done in gold foil so I used a gold Sharpie and it turned out really well. In person, the Sharpie looks almost identical in color to the lettering in terms of color.

Now on to the signed baseballs.
Jamey Carroll- was in a grab bag from the Twins Wives booth. For $15 you got a random signed baseball. It is MLB authenticated as well.
![]()
Alex Meyer- The Twins traded my favorite player, Denard Span, for Meyer. He's a big, tall righty that I have high hopes for
![]()
Jack Morris- Postseason legend. Does he belong in the HOF? I don't think so, but he has had great success in the playoffs.
![]()
Kent Hrbek- Twins legend and avid hunter/fisher
![]()
Rod Carew- Member of the Baseball Hall of Fame and 3,000 hit club.
![]()
Joe Mauer- Twins starting first baseman. 2009 AL MVP, 3x AL Batting Champ, 6x All-Star, 3x Gold Glove winner, 5x Silver Slugger winner
