Good Morning Gents! Last day off before the work week starts. I'm getting two cavities fixed today and doing the grocery shopping for the week. Other than that just hoping to relax :)

Danny - Very sorry to hear that Paul has moved on. Hopefully he is in a better place and it sounds like his good memories will live on forever.

Holy Crap, not even a Go Hawks?!?!?!
I know you're not a football fan, but I don't know if the M's are bringing a WS title to the PNW any time soon. ;)

Morning

What an amazing game last night! After SEA got through Kaepernick, I didn't think Manning would be a problem. He IS Peyton Manning, but it's looking more and more like he's a big number's guy, and not a big game guy.

I think lost in all this was Wilson's night. 18/25, 206, 2TD, 3 rushes for 26YDS, and the Seahawks converted 7 of 12 3rd Down's. Here's an interesting article from pre-super bowl week, about the Seahawks needing to improve their 3rd down conversions http://www.fieldgulls.com/football-...-little-links-in-the-chain-russell-wilson-3rd

I'm sure it was great for SEA fans, but that was the most boring Superbowl I've ever seen.

Commercials and halftime were terrible too.

Worked out deals for 3 huge cards and working on 2 others. I'll post pictures of all when I get everything finalized and are in hand.

This notice is required by law.

Sweet! I owe you big time for the help Zach.

No you don't. I was already going to their station, it just gave me a reason to have my sister stand in line with me  The line for Carew/Oliva started forming a whole signing session before them. Needless to say, I had my dad and sister stand in line while I was getting my other items signed. It wasn't too bad though since they were just going to sit around during that time anyways. My sister and I were probably the 25-26th ones through their line

How many of them are from the wish list in your signature Henderson?

Good morning.
I had a friend who had brain cancer die this morning. Please remember Paul's family in thoughts and prayers. He sang in our choir and did many solos. He had one of the best voices I have ever heard. It is fitting that he died on the "Day the music died".
DANNY

Sorry to hear about this, Danny

It was great... to not have to worry/pray for a miracle at the end knowing your team would find a way to lose it. I can see where a normal fan would think it boring though. Commercials were lame, halftime though I thought was good.. And I don't care for Bruno Mars

Fun fact while researching this oddball 1959 Cadaco-Ellis disk I picked up this weekend:

All-Star Baseball (also known as Cadaco-Ellis, or Ethan Allen Baseball) was first released in 1941 and ran continuously through the mid 90's. It was the brainchild of this ex Major Leaguer.

I did use the search function, but the amount of results for COMC was as high as Seattle fans got last night. How do I make an offer on a card on COMC or are they flat price, non negotiable?

Small mailday today. Two PC cards, and one trader. Third time I have owned a copy of this Hosmer. The Mondesi is /150 and compliments of Bill Menard. I will eventually start a PC of him, but prices must go down first.

Very nice pick ups. Like I said when you got the second copy in, your first copy of that Hosmer looked the best ;)

Actually, the one I got from you, was my second copy :-) This scan is just a card in hand from the one I posted the other day. It finally arrived.

Annoyingly, you have to load money into a comc account before you can make offers.
