Few questions:

Where is the shipping costs located at in the auction or do you have to put a followup post with shipping info?

Also, what to do with non-paying/or delayed paying bidders?

Does every auction sale have to use the trade manager to complete the transaction?

1. shipping costs need to be included in the bid price, users should figure it in their starting bid

2. report them

3. we would like it to, however it isn't hard coded.

yes, use advanced mode same as a normal forum post.

Also, you have to actually attach an image to the post to make it work as the thumbnail.

Im not smart enough to figure this out.
I clicked on the insert image icon and can only do via URL

Is there a way to make shipping standards?

Such as cards have to be in at least semi-rigid holders, in a penny sleeve.
Bubble mailer

Only trying to make it so expectations are the same for all, rather than pay $3.00 for shipping and a PWE shows up with the card in just a penny sleeve showing one paid $0.56 for postage.

It's already supposed to be common practice to send like that, but you make a good point....now do people actually read the terms of service section when they sign up is another question.

From the "terms of service" section.

3. Trades: Once a trade has been agreed upon by both parties, it is the responsibility of each member to ship the card(s) securely and safely. Bubble mailers, or some other form of padding and protection, must be used. Delivery confirmation is also a must on ANY trade, regardless of value. Insurance is optional but strongly recommended.
