After 1316 successful ebay sales, I've screwed up

I'm always so meticulous with my shipping. The one time that I rushed and I screwed up. I guess it was bound to happen, but still liked having a flawless record. Repeat buyer so I hope they understand. Just venting. Can anyone spot what I did?

4x7 bubble mailer with toploader, team bag, two cardboard pieces or dummies, extra bubble wrap and packing slip consistently comes to 1.5 oz for me. But no, it's not the weight that is wrong.

Yep. 4.10 was not supposed to go to the same place as the one below. Must have double printed #2s label.

I've done that - I sent a $5 refund to the guy that got both packages. He spent 1.93 to forward to the right guy. Everything worked out - if you're lucky the guy will understand and leave your DSR out of it.

Why was it a mistake to take his packages in to be scanned as accepted? He didn't pay for anything at the post office

I was the recipient of this situation today. I won an auction from Kruk Cards a few days ago, and got two packages from them today. One had my card, the other had three BCCG graded cards for some other guy, both with my shipping label on them. I guess if an operation like Kruk Cards can slip up, anyone can.

I don't get what you are saying. He just dropped off the packages and got them scanned as accepted.

This is my worry at times as well. I sometimes print a bunch of labels at a time and try to be both fast and slow as I place them on each package. Hopefully all works out well for you.

One thing I do is pencil in the name of the buyer and card on the bubble mailer (as I package it up) so when I match up the label I make sure they agree.

All my cards go to a PO Box, so I'm going to the post office anyway. Why not have them scan outgoing packages while I'm there? At least then I've got proof of shipping through ebay/paypal plus the receipt showing I dropped them off as well. If there is a massive line then I just drop them off, but the reason I go to that post office (there is one a little bit closer) is because they don't have lines (and the box was way cheaper).
