Well, I lost out on the card I went after, even with a hefty bid. Somebody wanted it more than I did.

Which card? The ending price of the starting 9 seems very low, a lot of people might have been discouraged to bid because of 0 feedback.

The Griffey starting 9 only sold for like $940 a few months back, so that Jeter is about right imo

Correct , it's not like they were free to him. But the stash was impressive and if it was PX23 , adding those to the pieces he listed earlier this year is a nice collection for sure
