Which teams would make for the most exciting World Series this year? Do you think those teams will make it?

By the way most of them had played the last few weeks of the season. There is not a clear choice for me.

But I would like to see the Nationals and the Orioles in the WS

It's so cool how there are so many rival teams from the same state in the playoffs.

St. Louis - Kansas City
Washington - Baltimore
San Francisco - Oakland
Los Angeles - Anaheim

Then there are the outsiders, Detroit and Pittsburgh.

I want a Kansas City - Pittsburgh Series because I like underdogs and they're both long-suffering teams.
Although, the TV ratings would probably be one of the lowest ever.

dodgers for sure in the NL.

AL, I have mixed feelings. I like Oakland for their blue-collar type offense and an Oakland/Dodgers WS would remind me of their 1988 matchup. Probably not going to be Oakland the way they struggled to make the playoffs.

I wouldn't mind the Angels - Trout in a WS plus two games of Trout/Kershaw matchups would be epic plus the continuation of the freeway series but in a WS format that has a lot more meaning than preseason exhibitions or interleague.

Let's do an early vote for WS MVP contest? Winner gets a card/auto of value from everyone else in the contest.

I think it's going to be the Dodgers versus the Orioles in the World Series and the Dodgers will win and Kershaw will win MVP

I think it would be great to see the Royals vs any NL team.

However, I think it's very very likely we see the Dodgers vs Angels in the WS. Dodgers are easily the best NL team and I only think that the Tigers can beat the Angels. O's won't get out of the first round.

I don't think a team can easily be the best in its league when it doesn't even have the best record... I said it before the year though, I don't see anyone taking down the Angels this year.

I'm just excited to see the Royals, Pirates, Orioles, and Nationals in the playoffs, even if it's the dumb 1-game playoff. I feel better about baseball when these teams are good (maybe better, in a way, than when the Phillies are good, because I know they usually let me down).

I'd like to see 1979 Revisited, with Pittsburgh and Baltimore.

I have watched every World Series since I was 11 regardless of who was playing.

Kershaw has to get by the team who beat him twice in the playoffs last year.
