I had a similar postage due situation and informed the seller. His response was that the card was sold for .99 and he's not in the business of losing money. Shipping was cheap I think so I expected a PWE and was fine with that but the guy added a heavy card case that added weight and led to extra charges. Don't think I filed for it but definitely left negative feedback

I don't mind getting PWEs at all. I wish more sellers would offer the option especially on base cards of new sets that I need. I just can't pay $1 for the card and then pay $3 shipping also lol. I agree though, don't charge cheap shipping if you aren't going to put the correct amount of postage on the item.

I never knew so many people did breaks, I have been trying to watch videos and find more Dawsons that have been pulled but there are sooooo many videos.
