Morning Kiddies day 3 of my neck issue.
I have to deteriorating disks at the top of my spine. So every once and a while they get inflamed, and I have trouble turning my head to the right or even straightening my head all they way up. Right now I'm sitting here with my head slightly leaning towards the left side of my body. I have not felt this much pain from this before. And so far nothing has worked either. Warm compress, ice or even the muscle relexor has done nothing to help.
Called the Dr back and she said I need an xray, and then I need to have a higher dose of the steroid I used to take for this. (It's been over a year), but there is the definite possibility that I'll need come kind of surgery on my neck and spine to relieve the pressure on my neck and shoulder. This time becsuse she said it was only a matter of time that they break down even more. Today is not a good day for me.

I've throttled back, and - at the same time - people have started paying ridiculous prices for stuff. Missed some Pee Wee Reese and Duke Snider.

Ok here is a little bit of my issue as of late. And please note none of these are the actual picture of my neck :lol:
In this picture below my 2 degenerate disks are c3 and c4 and there was some minimual wear in c5 c6 and c7

And in this one it shows you the form of the wearing on your disks , and there maybe a herniated one in here some place this time, from the pain I describe to the doctor


And in this one this is the area that is effected right where the ringer finger and the pinky finger is on this hand and even the same side in this photo.
I even have trouble getting out of bed in the morning with out hold my head on that side. Seems weird but it is like doing a sit-up to get out of bed n the morning anyway



So I have been doing some strengthening exercises for the last time this happen to me. But it was to this degree of pain though. I just had bunch of x-rays done at the lab by me. And the DR will look them over, and call me soon with the next step. Right not it is just strengthening and hot/ then cold compresses and steroids when the Pharmacy calls when that is done.

It s just old age. And the fact I'm 6ft 3 and nothing is built to be ergonomically correct for me at my height and nor is it for people under 5ft 8. I use a manipulator at work and it is out of my comfort zone for sure. But my work claims "it didn't happen here".
