Still on a late 90's, early 00's game-used hunt:

AWESOME!!

Tip O'Neill was a damn good ballplayer, by far the best in the N184 Kimball set. He's been called Canada's Babe Ruth. He started out as a pretty good pitcher for the Browns, but switched to the outfield in 1885. Won a WS in '86, then hit .435/14/123 and won the Triple Crown the next. At one point he held 8 single season batting records. One of the first members of the HOF (...in Canada).

Love the Kimball! There is something so special about 19th century cards. I have always viewed cards like that and T206s to be on such a different level, even though the year difference is only 24 years. 24 years from 2015 is 1991, which doesn't seem like a big deal at all today haha.

I have an ungraded Blue refractor of that card tucked away somewhere.

Words do not express how happy I am to have won this. Worthpoint shows only one other having sold since 2006, and that was in 2006. This is #'d/38

Came across that and was shocked at the price. Sick card and great deal!

Picked up all these sets for a killer deal. Plus he threw in some of the Rookies and Cubs cards. I needed several of the sets. Pretty happy with these although there are some junk wax sets in the lot.

First baseball card I've picked up in a while...this one is from 2003 Donruss Signature Series, #'d 1/2 on the back. It would be awesome to find 2/2 as well!
