I had an ebay msg last year offering me 25k if I had a 96 Jeter Mirror Gold.

People talk market values all the time, but at the end of the day I've realized there are people out there willing to pay way over perceived "market value".

I get that , but I guess it's more are the sales and those #s real. Confirmation is tough on reported sales , but sometimes things just seem off. But I def am not 100% sure they didn't happen. I know I've sold items that were multiple times "market". 30k just is wow if it happened

I doubt it was me my biggest offer was $10,000.00 with $10,000.00 in cards I wonder who it might have been as I know a few who want it but most are not willing to pay that kind of price for that card. It could have been the guy who hates me that owns 3 and I think he will grab everyone he can because he has told me he will never let me get one. He owns 3 that I know of and I have no clue what I did to piss him off but he has something against me and getting that card. That's one of the reasons why I try to keep track of who owns one because that will probably be to only way I grab one is on a sale off ebay now. I don't need one that's Gem Mint a PSA 6 would be more than enough for me and I would still pay top dollar I would just need time so if someone is planning to sell let me know a few months ahead of time so I will buy a ebay store list a ton of cards starting at a $1.00 and just save. The 1996 Mirror Gold Jeter is my ultimate goal though everything else I get means nothing compared to that.

I've read about the infamous, unstamped/unnumbered 1998 Flair Masterpiece uncut sheets in basketball but this is the first time I've seen it for baseball. While there are many of the unstamped 1998 Row 0 Legacies out there, never have seen the unstamped Masterpiece parallels in baseball.

Would love to hear any info/news others have about this item or set in general.
