lol no no i do not own any of those mirror blacks in my photobucket, i just saved the pictures since it's such an iconic and mysterious set.

i did see the listing for it and was very tempted to work out a deal but i just didn't like the fact it was missing the PEEL. plus owning the pinnacle plus mirror 1/1 w/peel i didn't feel i needed to force that purchase.

but i must admit, at the prices I was getting from that seller on MANY of his high end stuff, I would image it was sold for a VERY LOW price. i remember seeing it late at night and next morning it was up to about 330 in bids. soon after it was pulled. my guess it went for 1k but thats speculation and no idea to who.

Brilliant pickup on those Heltons. An awesome price point too. I keep forgetting to check back on the samho! For a likely HOFer, a really important set of cards. Maybe someday he will get the fan base he deserves.

Yes he has a lot of proofs seems like he owns the set of Crusade cards but who knows.
