Anyone on here know what the deal is with the No Logos, No Name on Front cards? Are they rarer than the regular issues or is it the other way around? The backs are the same. I've had these two cards for a while and just got the regular issues and I'll have to admit, I did not know they both exists. Any info, please...

Those are missing the foil on the front. For whatever reason, the manufacturer discarded these before putting the final foiling onto them. As far as scarcity, I can only speak in regards to Griffeys. There are less of them out there, but are less desirable than the correct versions.

I think I've got the Bonds like this. Need to upgrade to the correct version someday.

The Select Fews were actually pack inserted without the foiling on front; corrected versions almost seem to be more scarce though.

Here are some of my 98 Fleer Tradition Classic '63 #/63, to me it's a really nice 126 card insert parallel set. Haven't seen these listed yet from a quick scan of the thread, what do people think about this insert? Looking for a few more and have duplicates if anyone is interested in trade.

^^^ Very nice. My guy isn't in it, but I have always liked the classic look of them. Good luck on finishing the set.

I love this set. One issue I've noticed is that some are quite prone to production damage. Specifically, surface scuffs and scratches. It especially shows up on the foil. I've also noticed that with some the gold foil is a nice bright gold, but with others it's practically bronze. Nothing bad, but I've always wondered if one is bronze if all that player's are bronze. All yours above appear to be the normal bright gold. I also like how the award winners like Griffey have it in the diamond. I have the Cy Young winners (Pedro and Clemens) but not the MVPs.

One of my favorite "proofs" of all time are these slightly oversized proofs. Not sure how they were distributed. I got this way back in 98 or 99 and I think there was a Pudge listed at the same time.

I feel like I say this a lot in this thread, but any dupes of the Kile?

I'm curious to see what you've picked up

This is just the last month. I've got a ton more. I don't like to show them, because it's nowhere where I think I should be with the collection. No pics, at least in the thread, since everyone hates large pics ...

And for those who enjoy large pics (again, at one time ... one time being probably about 7 years, I had NO option of even SHOWING my collection due to the lack of technology at my disposal ... one reason for my moniker):

Mirage #'d/600

And, my creme de le creme. Yes, it's not as expensive as it once was. It's one I've always wanted, but never wanted to pay what they seemingly went for, when I happened to look up Piazza's cards. Well, it was a BIN / BO and I believe I paid $26 dlvd for it. At that price, I'm all for it ! And, of course, one just popped up at a $29.99 BIN ... soooooo tempting !!!
