Shields have become the biggest running joke in baseball.

White Sox would do themselves well to just DFA the moron. His fastball barely cracks 90 MPH these days and his command is absolutely dreadful. If your fastball hits 88-90 on a regular basis you need pinpoint command to have any sort of success.
