Huge production run makes hitting any single copy incredibly difficult. Reality is there are always still 100 but how many are in unopened product, tossed or disregarded when they were pulled since it was a product geared towards the younger collector. The series 2 1998's are like 1 in every 5 cases for the HR /100 version.

Picked up a cheap 1998 series 2 box with free shipping last week - no luck!

DallasCardboys I learned is usually acceptable to offers on his cards if you catch him when he is listing. Also I've found him to be more lenient if you do a group offers for a lot of cards. Just grab a few of the Pedro's he just added and got them at decent prices considering along with some other stuff unneeded from him.

Joel$hitshow on the other hand...rejected one of my offers than 5x the original price. :/
