With that 3 run shot Jake Lamb is now 3rd in the league with 16 home runs & leads the majors with 56 RBI.

If Lamb can prevent a major regression in the 2nd half this year we'll have ourselves another elite power hitter (although Goldy is becoming more of a 25-30 HR type of slugger these days).

Robbie Ray just recorded a season high 12 strikeouts in tonight's game! This would be his 3rd straight game with 10 or more k's and the last D-Backs pitcher to reach such a feat was none other than Randy Johnson in 2004.

Tonight's game: 6.2 IP, 0 ER, 3 H, 4 BB, 12 K

2017 Season: 6-3 2.62 ERA, 3.10 FIP, 1.07 WHIP, 82.1 IP 107 K/35 BB 11.7 K/9

Robbie Ray ranks 2nd in the league with 107 strikeouts while Greinke ranks 4th with 100. The D-Backs are the only team in the majors with 2 pitchers who have 100 k's. Both are on pace for 250+.

This is the next best dynamic duo the D-Backs have had since Randy Johnson & Curt Schilling.

Wish Ray had a bowman chrome autograph! Just snagged a 2012 platinum because it was the second best available. I love what he is doing!

Sweet card! I was outbid on a platinum red at the start of the season. I think it ended at $30 or so. Wish i would've increased my max bid right about now haha

Yeah, I saw that too on the sold listings. That's a sweet deal at $30. I wish more people would list their Robbie Ray platinum autos, there aren't many out there on e-bay. I just found out he also has a 2012 Heritage Minor League auto but unfortunately it's a sticker auto. I've only ever seen one listed and his asking price is too high. Regardless, I generally like to stick with Bowman for 1st year autos.
