Right now it is at $1,850,000 with the Buyers Premium it is $2,220,000. It states next bid will be $1,900,000 a 50k more bid. But at that 1.9 million bid the Buyers Premium would be 2.280 million. Soooooo the bid increases by 50k and the BP increases by 60k???????? What the HELL is up with that? That's a 20% BP!

The IRS is going to love this sale for the 20% capital gains tax. And some states are as high as another 13%! So a 3rd could be eaten in taxes.
