Morning all

Remember today. I have pics of that day but find it hard to look at them. We watched the second plane fly into tower one from the 14th floor windows
of our building in Nutley NJ. Can never get that out of my mind.

I remember that sick feeling in my stomach and the numbing shock which lasted for days and days.
I remember the pain and the brutality of that attack.

I remember how we came together as Americans as a country like I'd never seen before and I've never seen since.

I remember there was no division amongst our nation. I remember we were all one.

This is such a somber day each and every year and I know I will never forget.

sad day indeed. wife was downtown manhattan when it happened, couldnt use the cell phones.. crazy day for all.

Morning all. I was sitting in my third grade classroom and remember a teacher running in telling my teacher what was going on. This was back in the day of those big TVs on carts. We wheeled one out to the front of the classroom and watched it. Still feels surreal. I was sitting in the back corner of the room and we just watched the news for the next hour or so. That was a lot for a 3rd grader to take in

On 09/11/1995 I was hired for the job I'm still working. 25 years ago today.

On 09/11/2001 I woke up earlier than usual with a toothache. I ended up at the dentist having a root canal done. The dentist had TV's in each room. All of the staff and patients were staring at the TV's not believing what they were watching. The rest of the day was just a blur. I don't remember much. For weeks after all I watched was the different 24 hour news channels wondering & waiting to see what would happen next.
