Supposed to be in the teens for the next week... ...the older I get the more I HATE the bitter temps!
Anyhoo, it's Friday

Morning all. Supposed to be going through our food safety program today. Normally we have our annual audit scheduled, but this year ours is a 'surprise' audit. We were originally told that it could take place any time between December and March, but then a few weeks ago we got an email that it will be sometime between February 19 and March 19. Makes is easier for the next couple of weeks, but might have us on edge during that month lol

Afternoon all! Around 40 today. According to the local weather people it wont be above freezing again until February 16th with wind chill below 0 for a few days. 3-4" of snow tomorrow with a couple chances again next week.
