9 hour shift then a day off.

First of five straight 90+ degrees days. Most of them over 95.

ICE raided a local town here yesterday. Two Mexican restaurants in the very rural Midwest.

Idk about you all, but I feel much safer now.

So funny how they never arrest the business owners who hired them, do they?

I get a full blood panel done every 6 months, and when I went in December my triglycerides (fat in blood) were a whopping 455. Astronomically high.

Got my new panel back yesterday and it dropped to 91, which is awesome. They want you to be <150.

My doctor was very surprised.

This diet change has been great.
