Good morning! Got some autographs from Myrtle Beach Pelicans (Cubs) players yesterday. All were nice enough to sign when asked.

Several Crawdads from Venezuela lost contact with families after earthquakes . I know many players from that area .

late 1970's a 70 hour week -two jobs was common for me . Key man both places . Many Fridays 15 hours then three hour drive to NCSU football game / party . Monday was UGH day . Happy I made this far .

Afternoon all!
In the past, I've worked as many as 90 hour weeks split btwn 3 jobs. Including 23.5 hour shifts every Sunday.
Too old for that crap now...
Afternoon all, volunteering at the library for a scholastic book fair, just left to go donate blood and then going back to help some more. Guess today is my good karma day…rough day trying to get Syracuse to sign last night. Tyrone Taylor maybe signed for one person, and he was one I was really trying to get. Didn’t except much from Ronny Mauricio and was spot on there…oh well, got a few….

Rain is on the way. One more inspection to get for the week. If you're watching the World Cup the game in KC will probably be delayed. Every time there's lightning within 8 (?) miles of the stadium it's a 30-minute delay. Could be multiple delays and a long night.

I'm scheduled to have another bowel surgery August 4th. I don't want another surgery. I'm tired of stomach pain for no reason. More surgery more scar tissue. I'm tired of being sick from bowel issues. I'm tired of hospitals. I'm tired of doctors. The pain meds are pretty good. And most of the nurses are cute.
I'm done whining. For now.

We are all getting older. We need to keep each other going / distracted from these types of things.

before batting practice was over picked up 15 baseballs little later 17 more . Gave out about 15 to kids . I give to first game or infants . Got home POOL for couple minutes =COLD . Set up tomorrow I HOPE .
