My EBAY pet peeve (or rant lol)
If I get a message like this I normally try to discourage the buyer. This is a signal to me that somebody is looking for a 9.5 or 10 and if they can't get that grading then it's coming back. Sorry but I don't think you're gonna find many people here who agree with OP. -

New USPS rates 1/17/16- rate increases for most first class options.
Watch for shipping rates to go up. With Ebay taking a cut of the shipping fees as part of the total price most shipping will probably go up to $3 or $3.50. -

Thoughts on MLB possibly putting up nets from foul pole to foul pole?
I think extending to the ends of the dugout is fine, similar to what they have done at NHL arenas. Having sat behind those nets I will say it hasn't made for any worse view than before they were up. I wouldn't want to see anyone get hurt by whether they are looking at a phone, keeping score... -

It really is amazing how that card rose and fell. It was bound to happen with or without the steroids. The internet exposed the overproduction and made everything so easy to obtain prices just bottomed out on this and every other mass produced card. -

Fans of the Games? what if Panini brought them back
I loved those cards the first time around and it wouldn't bother me a bit with no logos. Since they aren't players I don't need to see a logo, the Chicago National League Baseball Club would be enough for me. -

Donruss factory set coming
$100 for the base factory set seems steep. I'll wait it out and see if the cards themselves are stamped or just the box. The Rookies set is a pretty decent deal though and I'll pick one of those up. -

2014 Topps Chrome?
I like chrome and it's one of the few that I buy regularly. I can't figure out the secondary market on football this year. Lots of rookies having nice seasons but the single card pricing doesn't seem to reflect it. -

Vintage 1981 Donruss ad
Great ad. I think the Brett used in the sell sheet is a close up cropped version of his actual 1981 Donruss card. The Schmidt definitely is not. -
