went to an oddball little flea market that sets up one day a week here just to see what we could spot picked up two of those 1994 texaco all star glasses for the Braves for a buck a piece (they had a mountain of those/yankees/red sox thoguht about grabbing them all) then for cards, no scans -... -

I don't need my cards pristine especially for that price. granted I know if I ever want one of those I'm going to have to pay up - I'd be happy with one a little lower grade raw for sure -

that is probably what I would try to do. if it were anything less than a BGS 9.5 I'd say crack it and don't think twice... but I'd have a tough time cracking a BGS 9.5/PSA 10 of a card like that
