I dont really get into modern parallels unless its the jersey # match because with the bajillion color variations its just always the same card that there are thousands of, even though they number them lower than that per run But this 2020 Celebration of Decades Best actually seems cool because its an actual single set stamped and PR of ACTUALLY only 100. In a lot of ways, being that t was part of a redemption program, and that the 100 sets were only handed out at a Las Vegas Topps event to the people who attended and participated int he redemption, it seems like it has the same feel as the actually now rare and desirable 1999 and 2000 Topps MVP stamp redemption cards 30 years later. I guess we'll see in a few decades lol. Plus, all 3 in the set are Sox uniforms!

Some Torre safe at home cards. Unsure how many different of these exist, but seen them between 2017-2025, now these are all copyright 2026.

Pretty excited about this one. I was not even aware of the base set when i stumbled upon an autographed version. it appears they were some sort of random giveaway perhaps? I don't think you could buy signed copies and not sure if all players in the set come signed. This would be an extremely easy card to fake unfortunately. The good news is that I feel i reduced my chances significantly, since this came with a letter from jimmy dean. however, further evidence that this is real is the envelope it arrived in. This is the original mailer, with the sellers name on the label and I can tell the label references Ripken in code. 1 CR most likely means they were sending 1 Cal Ripken card. I further believe this to help strengthen my case that this is a legit manufacturer autograph.

I was hoping for a bargain with what would typically be a poorly worded listing, but it sold pretty strongly none the less.

if anyone has any info on this set, especially the signed cards, do tell!

The rest of the mail day, while interesting, kind of fails to bring the same heat. A Hostess panel I needed (got mine signed by cruz at a local signing years ago) and a Pete Cross bread card with tab still attached.

The last item is not bad in it's own right either, just a boring item itself. The signature is exciting, the item he signed not so much. Lyman Bostock signed autograph album page. Alan Trammell and a few others share the page (Milt Wilcox, Dave Johnson, Butch Hobson and a couple sigs on back too (Darrell Porter was a surprise score along with Rob Wilfong, Bob Molinaro, Mike Cubbage and Fred Kuhaulua). Nothing as good as Bostock or Trammell, although there are a couple I am not recognizing at the moment. the upside down sig under Trammell, the one between Wilcox and Hobson and the one on the far left in case any of you are autograph ID savants.
